Overview:

The bag making and packaging integrated machine is a new generation of packaging machine independently developed by our company based on the bag feeding packaging machine. It can make PE film, composite film, etc. into bags and package products

Components：This equipment consists of a bag making machine, a bag feeding machine, a combination scale, and a lifting machine

Application: Packaging of frozen food and snack food

Advantage：

1. The overall height is low, which can save the height and space of the factory building.

2. The total length of the equipment is 5 meters and the width is 3.5 meters, which can fully utilize the space of the site

3. Using bucket film or roll film for bag making can save 10 cents per bag compared to pre made bags

4. The height of material dropping at all levels is relatively small, which can effectively reduce the rate of product damage

Bag making structure：

Roll film bag making mainly consists of components such as film placement, forming machine, longitudinal sealing, transverse sealing, film pulling and cutting, and bag feeding.

The equipment has a compact structure and utilizes space reasonably. Changing the bag specifications does not require replacing the molding machine. The knife holder and cutter are relatively narrow, which can save packaging materials and produce bags with a beautiful appearance.
