The cam machine adopts a split type and the electrical box is independently suspended. The servo machine adopts an integral type and the electrical box is in the frame. The cam machine is driven by a cam mechanism and has no signal point, so it cannot detect whether there is material in the seal during the sealing process. The servo machine can detect and identify prompts through the output torque of the servo point motor. This not only reduces consumables but also avoids affecting the appearance of the packaged product. So in terms of aesthetics, the servo wins.

From another perspective, in terms of hygiene: The entire machine of our servo machine is made of all stainless steel and sandblasted, and has also undergone food-grade nano-treatment. It's made from carbon-free steel and is fingerprint-, dust-, and oil-resistant. The size of the rack has also been adjusted, which not only makes the appearance more concise and beautiful, but also facilitates cleaning and maintenance and takes up a smaller area.

Then compare the energy consumption: the motor of the cam machine runs continuously (2.5kw·h), and the servo machine runs intermittently (1.5kw·h). Therefore, in comparison, the actual power consumption of the cam machine per hour is 2/5 higher. In other words, the same amount of power can be used to run three cam machines or five servos.

Regarding equipment maintenance: Since the structure of the servo machine is not as complex as the cam machine, which reduces the wear and tear of mechanical parts, the failure rate of the servo machine is 5%, and the failure rate of the latter is 10%. In addition, the inspection and maintenance of the cam machine are extensive and cumbersome, and require regular refueling and maintenance. Servo machines do not require refueling and are maintenance-free. When an abnormality occurs in the whole machine, the servo machine is also equipped with an automatic fault detection function. Unlike the cam machine, which requires maintenance personnel to check the parts of the whole machine one by one.
