Introduction to the Structure of Cartoning Machine

Cartoning machine is an efficient packaging equipment used to automatically pack products into boxes. Its structure can mainly be divided into two parts: electrical control system and mechanical structure.

The electrical control system mainly includes PLC control system, human-machine interface operation system, frequency converter control, circuit protection switch, photoelectric intelligent detection, and operation status indicator light. The PLC control system, as the core part of the packaging machine, controls various actions of the packaging machine by receiving signals and performing logical operations. The human-machine interface operating system provides an intuitive interface for users to set and adjust device parameters. The circuit protection switch can timely cut off the power supply in case of circuit failure, protecting equipment and personnel safety. Optoelectronic intelligent detection is used to detect the position and status of products and boxes in real-time, ensuring the accuracy of packaging.

The mechanical structure includes transmission system, automatic box suction mechanism, box rack mechanism, automatic box sealing mechanism, automatic material feeding mechanism, pressing mechanism, discharge mechanism, and material conveyor belt. The transmission system provides power through components such as motors, chains, and sprockets to drive various mechanisms for action. The automatic box suction mechanism and box rack mechanism are responsible for the supply and positioning of the box, ensuring that the box can accurately reach the packaging position. The automatic sealing mechanism seals the box after the product is loaded into it.

 The automatic material feeding mechanism and pressing mechanism are responsible for placing the product into the box and compacting it to ensure the stability and aesthetics of the product in the box. The discharge mechanism sends the boxed products out of the machine and completes the entire packaging process.

In addition, the packaging machine is also equipped with a pneumatic part that controls the movement of each component through air pressure, achieving precise operation during the packaging process.
