1.Structural composition

The wrap packaging machine mainly consists of the following key parts:

Electrical control system: responsible for the operation control of the whole machine, including bag length setting, speed adjustment, temperature control, etc.

Variable frequency system: By adjusting the motor speed through variable frequency technology, the packaging speed can be controlled to make it more flexible and efficient.

Sealing and cutting system: including longitudinal sealing mechanism and transverse sealing and cutting mechanism, responsible for sealing and cutting packaging bags. The longitudinal sealing mechanism achieves longitudinal sealing through heat sealing rollers, while the transverse sealing mechanism is equipped with a cutting blade that moves up and down to achieve simultaneous film cutting and heat sealing.

Heating system: Usually using electric furnace wire heating method, it has the characteristics of fast heating and good stability. The heating system is used to heat the packaging film for heat sealing.

Feeding mechanism: 

Transport the packaged products with regular shapes to the top of the composite film, and control the feeding speed through sensors.

Film delivery mechanism: 

responsible for transporting packaging film, folding the film into a cylindrical shape through a folding plate, preparing for subsequent sealing and cutting.

Supporting structure: 

Provides stable support for the entire machine, ensuring stability and accuracy during high-speed operation.

2.Working principle

The working principle of wrap packaging machine is roughly as follows:

The packaging film is driven by the packaging film roller and enters the forming machine for forming.

After being fed into the forming machine by the feeding conveyor, the packaged material undergoes longitudinal sealing and transverse cutting.

The sealed and cut packaging bags are output by the discharge output machine to complete the entire packaging process.
