Depending on the packaging material, there are two types of photoelectric detection methods: inductive and reflective. The transmission type detects more packaging materials than transparent ones, while the reflective type is used to detect packaging materials that are difficult or unable to transmit light.Usually, the design of high-speed packaging machines mostly adopts the reflective photoelectric detection method because of its high detection sensitivity. For color mark printing requirements, the positioning color mark must have the function of shading or transmitting light. At the same time, it will change with the size and size of the packaged product. Depending on the detection method, the positioning of the color mark must have sufficient shadow area to ensure the reliability of the signal during the photoelectric detection process.
