1、 Preparation stage

2、 Packaging process

Bag making and transportation:

The finished bags are transported into the packaging area via conveyor belts or robotic arms, ready for filling.

Measurement and filling:

In the packaging area, liquid products such as juice are accurately measured and filled into bags through a precise measuring system. Measurement systems typically use high-precision devices such as flow meters or weighing sensors to ensure accurate capacity of each bag of juice.

During the filling process, the equipment will automatically adjust the filling speed and volume according to preset parameters to adapt to products of different specifications and capacities.

Sealing and cutting:

After filling, the bag will automatically move to the sealing device for sealing. The sealing device usually uses heating or pressing to seal the upper opening of the bag, forming a sealed packaging bag.

After the sealing is completed, the cutting device will cut the bag into individual packaging bags according to the preset cutting line. The cutting process is fast and accurate, without damaging the packaging bags or juice products.
