1.The carton box erecting machine is an automated packaging equipment mainly used to automatically open, shape, fold the bottom leaves of flat cardboard boxes, and seal them with tape to form a bottom sealing machine for subsequent packing work. It mainly consists of a box loading mechanism, a main frame, a vacuum suction box, a main transmission, a box storage, a rocker arm box conveying mechanism, an unboxing mechanism, a height adjustment mechanism, a push box fork, a paper tape supply device, and electrical control.

2.The workflow of the carton box erecting machine is roughly as follows: after the cardboard boxes are fed by the conveyor belt, the upper and lower cardboard boxes are automatically separated by the box pressing mechanism. The lower cardboard boxes are then sucked by the suction belt and moved in the predetermined direction by suction. In the front section of the suction belt, two rows of suction rollers press the short sides of the cardboard boxes against both sides of the belt and continue to move forward. The folding mechanism automatically completes the folding work of the bottom folding leaves of the cardboard boxes. At the same time, the vacuum suction box adsorbs the cardboard box onto the lower half of the forming mold. After the bottom four sides of the cardboard box are folded and formed by the folding mechanism, the pushing mechanism pushes the cardboard box out of the forming mold in the predetermined direction, completing the working cycle of suction, forming, and pushing.
